Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Contact-led orders | Third-party production and fulfilment
Effective 3 August 2026 | Australia
Our fulfilment model. Quiver Collective Designs does not manufacture, warehouse, pack or physically ship physical products. Independent third-party production and fulfilment partners make and dispatch each physical order, and independent carriers deliver it.
The website accepts enquiries through its Contact link; it does not provide direct online ordering or checkout.
1. About this policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical products ordered from Quiver Collective Designs after an enquiry made through the Contact link on the Quiver Collective Designs website. In this policy, Quiver Collective Designs is referred to as “Quiver”, “we”, “us” or “our”, and the purchaser is referred to as “you” or “your”.
The website is a portfolio and enquiry channel. You cannot buy or order a design or physical product directly from the website, and the website does not provide a shopping cart or checkout. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order, reserve production capacity or require either party to proceed.
After receiving an enquiry, Quiver may provide a written quotation, product specifications, shipping information, estimated timing, payment requirements and other order terms. An order is accepted only when Quiver expressly confirms acceptance in writing and any required deposit or payment has been received. Together, those documents are referred to in this policy as the “Order Documents”.
It does not govern the electronic delivery of digital designs, digital downloads, licence files or services. Those items are governed by the applicable product description, licence terms, client agreement or website terms.
This policy should be read with our Website Terms and Conditions, Returns, Refunds and Remedies Policy and Privacy Policy. If there is an inconsistency, your non-excludable rights under applicable law prevail.
Seller and contact point. For an order accepted by Quiver under the Order Documents, your contract for the physical product is with Quiver. The independent producer and carrier perform fulfilment services; they are not a substitute customer-service contact.
2. Third-party production and delivery
Quiver creates or licenses the surface pattern designs used on physical products, but does not operate a factory, print facility, warehouse, packing facility or delivery fleet. Physical production and dispatch are performed for Quiver by independent production or fulfilment partners. Transport is performed by independent postal, courier or freight carriers.

Independent production or fulfilment partners and independent carriers
Quiver may select or change a production partner, fulfilment location, shipping origin or carrier where reasonably necessary to fulfil an order. This may result in items from the same order being produced or delivered separately.
Using a third party to produce or deliver an accepted order does not remove Quiver’s responsibility to assist with supply problems or provide any remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law. Contact Quiver through the website Contact link or the contact details in the Order Documents; you do not need to pursue the production partner yourself.
3. Order production
3.1 Made-to-order and partner acceptance
Many physical products are printed or made only after Quiver accepts an order. The estimated production period, where available, will be stated in the Order Documents. Production begins when the order is released to and accepted by the relevant production partner.
If a product or required component becomes unavailable, or the production partner cannot accept the order, Quiver may offer a reasonable alternative, a revised timeframe, a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law.
3.2 Changes and cancellations
Contact Quiver promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Because a made-to-order product can enter production quickly, changes or change-of-mind cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins. Any change-of-mind rights are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Remedies Policy. This clause does not limit rights arising from a faulty, incorrect, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered product.
4. Shipping availability, methods and charges
4.1 Destinations
Quiver will confirm available delivery destinations during the enquiry and quotation process. Availability may depend on the production partner, shipping origin, product type, dimensions, dangerous-goods restrictions, carrier network and local import rules. We may be unable to deliver to some post-office boxes, parcel lockers, remote areas or restricted locations.
4.2 Methods and charges
Available shipping methods and charges will be stated or estimated in the Order Documents before the order is accepted. Charges may vary by destination, product, package size, weight, production partner, carrier and service level. Unless the Order Documents state otherwise, shipping charges do not include international import duties, taxes or customs fees.
4.3 Split shipments
Different products may be made by different partners or at different facilities. We may therefore divide an order into separate parcels, tracking numbers and delivery dates. Unless disclosed in the Order Documents or later agreed with you, we will not add a new shipping charge solely because we split an order for operational reasons.
5. Production and delivery estimates
Any estimated arrival window is normally made up of two periods: production time and carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays relevant to the production facility, carrier or destination.
-
Production time begins when the production partner accepts the order, not necessarily when payment is submitted.
-
Transit time begins when the carrier receives and scans the parcel.
-
An estimate is not a guarantee unless we expressly describe a date as guaranteed in writing.
Estimates may be affected by peak demand, supply shortages, quality reprints, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, customs processing, security checks, carrier network disruption, local access conditions or other events outside reasonable control. If we become aware of a material delay, we will take reasonable steps to give you clear information about the revised timing and available options.
Time-sensitive orders. If you need a product for an event or fixed date, state that deadline in your website enquiry and before accepting the Order Documents. Do not assume that an estimated date is suitable for a deadline unless Quiver expressly confirms that commitment in writing.
6. Tracking and delivery updates
Where tracking is available, the production partner or carrier will usually send a dispatch confirmation or tracking link to the email address or mobile number supplied with the order. Tracking may not update until the first carrier scan and may pause while a parcel moves between facilities or countries.
Carrier tracking information is generated by the carrier and may occasionally be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. A carrier status marked “delivered” is evidence of delivery, but it is not conclusive. If you cannot locate a parcel marked as delivered, check the delivery area, household members, reception, neighbours where appropriate and any collection notice, then contact Quiver promptly so an enquiry can be opened.
7. Delivery address and instructions
7.1 Accurate information
You must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, postcode, country, email address and contact number. Review these details before submitting the order and contact Quiver immediately if a correction is needed. An address change cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch.
If an order is delayed, misdelivered or returned because the details supplied were materially incomplete or incorrect, you may be responsible for reasonable re-routing, return, re-production or re-delivery costs disclosed to you before further action is taken. You will not be charged for an address or labelling error caused by Quiver or its fulfilment partner.
7.2 Authority to leave and signatures
Delivery options depend on the carrier and destination. A carrier may require a signature, leave a parcel in a reasonably safe place, redirect it to a collection point or make another delivery attempt. If you expressly authorise unattended delivery, you accept the ordinary risk of the parcel remaining at the authorised place after correct delivery. This does not affect your rights if the parcel was not delivered as instructed, was delivered to the wrong address or was already lost or damaged in transit.
8. Failed delivery and returned parcels
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave instructions, attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel for collection. You are responsible for following the carrier’s reasonable collection or re-delivery steps within the stated period.
If a parcel is returned to the production partner or Quiver because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect, inaccessible premises or unpaid import charges, Quiver will contact you where reasonably possible. Before arranging re-delivery or re-production, Quiver may require payment of reasonable additional costs caused by that event. No additional cost will be charged where the failed delivery resulted from Quiver’s, the production partner’s or the carrier’s error, or where the law requires otherwise. Return to sender does not automatically create a change-of-mind refund.
9. Delayed, lost or undelivered orders
If the estimated delivery window has passed, contact Quiver through the website Contact link or the contact details in the Order Documents and provide your order number. Quiver may ask you to confirm the address and relevant tracking details, and will work with the production partner or carrier to investigate.
A carrier investigation can take time and may require confirmation from the recipient. Quiver will not require you to deal directly with the carrier as a condition of receiving a remedy where Quiver is responsible as seller, although your reasonable cooperation may help resolve the matter faster.
If a paid order cannot be supplied by the promised time or within a reasonable time, Quiver will provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a revised delivery arrangement, re-production and replacement, cancellation and refund, or another remedy agreed with you. Nothing in this policy requires you to accept indefinite delay.
10. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Inspect the parcel reasonably soon after delivery. If a physical product is damaged in transit, faulty, materially different from its description or the wrong product, contact Quiver promptly with the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label are helpful where reasonably available, but an inability to provide photographs does not by itself remove a statutory right.
Quiver may need to assess the product or obtain information from the production partner or carrier. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, available remedies depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem and may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation. Quiver will reimburse reasonable return costs where required by law after the product is confirmed to have a problem.
Colour, scale, placement, texture and finish can vary slightly between on-screen previews and physical production because of display settings, substrate, printing process and manufacturing tolerances. A variation is not automatically a defect; Quiver will assess whether the product remains of acceptable quality and matches its description and any approved sample.
11. International deliveries
International delivery is available only where Quiver confirms it in the Order Documents. Parcels may be produced in or shipped from a country different from Quiver’s business location or your delivery address. Customs authorities may inspect, delay or refuse a parcel.
Unless the Order Documents state that duties and taxes are included, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs brokerage and similar charges imposed by the destination country. You are also responsible for ensuring that the product can lawfully be imported. Quiver is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs processing, but will provide reasonable information available from the production partner or carrier and will not exclude any remedy required by law.
12. Privacy and fulfilment information
To produce and deliver a physical order, Quiver may provide the relevant production partner, fulfilment provider and carrier with information reasonably needed to perform their role, such as the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details, order contents and delivery instructions. The handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the provider’s privacy notice.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Your statutory rights remain. Our physical products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where Quiver is the seller, Quiver is responsible for resolving problems with the physical products it sells and will not direct you to the manufacturer or production partner instead of addressing a remedy claim. Quiver may deal with those partners behind the scenes to investigate or recover its own costs.
14. Contacting Quiver
For shipping or delivery assistance, use the Contact link on the Quiver Collective Designs website or the contact details in the Order Documents. Include your order number, recipient name, delivery postcode and a concise description of the issue. Do not publish private order or address information in public comments or social-media posts.
15. Changes to this policy
Quiver may update this policy to reflect changes to its products, fulfilment partners, carriers, practices or legal obligations. The version provided or made available when Quiver accepts an order will ordinarily apply to that order, unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to you. The effective date appears on the first page.
